We always want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! If you aren’t, you may fill out a Return Inquiry form on the website home page and request that your purchased item(s) be considered for store credit or exchange. Shipping fees do apply.
Approved returns are only accepted within 14 days of purchase of any full price purchase for STORE CREDIT only. Any worn, washed or used merchandise is not eligible for return. Any promotional or clearance pricing merchandise, customized items, or special orders is FINAL SALE and will not be refunded.
Once we receive and inspect returned items, an email confirmation will be sent notifying approval or rejection of a refund. If approved, store credit will be issued in the amount paid for the item.
If an out of stock item is ordered, Persnickety reserves the right to issue a refund.
